No More Camel Rides at the Pyramids!** 🐪🌍

Did you know that camels weren’t even around during the time of the ancient Egyptians? While the iconic image of camels against the backdrop of the Giza pyramids is captivating, it’s not an authentic part of Egypt’s pharaonic history. The ancient Egyptians primarily relied on the Nile for travel and trade. At One Horizon Africa, we believe in honoring the true essence of Egypt’s rich heritage, which is why we’ve decided to stop offering camel rides. However, if our guests are interested in riding a camel, that’s entirely up to them!
